loaded to cargo by the supplier and still keep 90 days as a buffer when you can handle
possible initial claims. In other words, we suggest deploying the payment model, which
is used in e-commerce when buying clothes and shoes. The buyer tracks the delivery,
receives it, and in case everything is fine, takes the received goods into use. The same
thing we can offer on a wider scale and with bigger cargo logistics. The payments are
implemented by a partnership with financial institutions, using factoring as one of the
financial instruments in the favour of suppliers.

Electronic freight transportation information systems connect buyers, sellers, carriers
of goods, customs, and payments with special terms. Paperless management of
procurement and delivery workflows is fully doable, saving many work hours of top
specialists and on-site builders and drivers.

On a 100 million dollar building budget we’ll make savings of 11%, coming together

We can save 15% on purchasing building materials and -components because of
early payments to suppliers and a digitalized procurement system. When it is
easy to widen up the supplier’s pool and requests for quotations can be shared

consultancy by making the waybills electronic. We estimate 2 million in cash
savings as the transportation segment in the 100 million budget is close to 20
million.

Summing up these savings, it makes 11 million, which is 11% of the 100 million budget.
Communication and onboarding of the collaboration partners have an important role in
success. The suppliers have to be briefed in the early stage of collaboration and the
system users of 4control.ai have to be certified, so they will use the collaboration

Background of the 4control.ai concept
